Frequently Asked Questions

Fascia Balance & Contour Treatment

1. My skin is sensitive and acne-prone. Is this treatment suitable for me?
Absolutely. Our Fascia Balance & Contour Treatment is customized based on your skin condition with specific techniques designed for sensitive and acne-prone skin, as well as for pigmentation and aging concerns. For sensitive or acne-prone skin, we use soothing, repairing, and acne-control products to strengthen the skin barrier and promote healing. The treatment intensity and detoxification process are also carefully adjusted according to your skin’s tolerance. Our professional skin management specialists, equipped with years of experience, know exactly how to personalize the treatment for your skin’s needs. Below are the results of sensitive acne skin for your reference.

2. How often should I come for the next treatment?
We usually recommend returning for your next session every 3 to 4 weeks. This timing aligns with the skin’s natural renewal cycle of about 30 days. For aging or slower-repairing skin, the renewal process may take a little longer. By activating and purifying the skin every month, you can maintain optimal skin health and achieve more visible, lasting results over time.
3. If I stop doing the treatment, will my skin sag even more?
Not at all. Our facial therapy is non-invasive and does not involve injecting any foreign substances into the skin, so there’s no dependency or rebound effect. Think of it as a form of exercise, detox, and sculpting yoga for your skin. It’s a natural anti-aging approach that promotes healthy, beautiful skin from within.

If you stop for a while, it’s just like taking a break from your workout routine, your skin won’t worsen, but it may lose a bit of the firmness and glow that regular care provides. We always encourage our clients to keep nurturing themselves and continue their journey of self-care and healthy beauty.
4. Are there any additional or hidden charges for this treatment?
Our treatment is offered at a transparent, all-inclusive price with no hidden or extra product fees. Every step of the therapy has been carefully designed and standardized under our high-quality SOP, so there’s no need for any add-ons in between. Each session includes exfoliation, extraction, muscle and fascia work, lymphatic massage, device application, and manual massage, all performed according to the agreed procedure.

We also highly respect your time, ensuring that each session is carried out precisely within the optimal duration, not too short or unnecessarily long, so you can enjoy both effectiveness and comfort.
5. Do I need to use any products together with this treatment?
A great treatment combined with good skincare products creates the best results. We’ll recommend a simple home care routine tailored to your skin needs to help enhance and prolong the effects of your facial therapy. However, we never pressure our clients to purchase products. That said, if your home skincare routine is lacking or you don’t use any skincare at all, we generally don’t recommend starting the treatment because just like a good workout, your skin also needs proper hydration and nourishment afterward to see lasting improvements.

We also provide a complimentary 10-day product trial set for clients to experience the synergistic benefits firsthand.

Fascia Repair & Calm Treatment

1. How does this treatment help with post-acne marks or pigmentation?
This treatment is designed to address two common types of skin marks: post-acne scars and pigmentation caused by sensitivity or inflammation, and it works effectively for both. For acne marks, we focus on repair and renewal, ensuring the skin is free from active bacteria or hardened blockages before beginning the mark-reducing process. This helps achieve faster and longer-lasting results.

For pigmentation left by sensitivity, we first work on strengthening the skin barrier and ensuring the underlying tissues are fully healed. Only then do we perform a gentle, water-based resurfacing process using a repairing mask instead of harsh exfoliating products to safely reduce surface pigmentation.

Below are client testimonials and results for your reference.

2. Can sensitive skin undergo this treatment?
Yes, stable sensitive skin is perfectly suitable for this treatment. Stable means the skin barrier has been restored and there are no symptoms of redness, swelling, or irritation. For new clients, our specialists will first examine the skin condition to determine whether this treatment is suitable, or if the client should begin with our Fascia Balance & Contour Treatment, which is specially designed for first-time or highly reactive skin
3. Will this treatment cause peeling or discomfort?
Peeling can occur in two forms: visible peeling and mild surface exfoliation. Our treatment focuses on gentle keratin renewal, not aggressive peeling. Not everyone experiences visible exfoliation, it usually happens only in areas with thicker or overlapping dead skin layers. These areas are often the cause of premature aging, dullness, and fine lines, as they block skin renewal. This mild exfoliation process helps promote anti-aging, brightening, and skin rejuvenation, making it an essential step toward healthier, smoother, and more radiant skin.
4. How often should I do this treatment?
We generally recommend coming for your next session every 3 to 4 weeks. This aligns with the skin’s natural renewal cycle of around 30 days. For mature or slower-repairing skin, the cycle may take longer, so a monthly activation helps the skin maintain its balance and achieve better visible results over time.
5. How many sessions are needed to see results?
Our treatment follows a 4+1 process, which delivers visible improvements in pore refinement, brightness, and clarity immediately after each session. However, for post-acne marks or pigmentation, results typically become noticeable over 3 to 6 months. This is because the skin goes through two important phases: the renewal phase (first 3 months) and the stabilization phase (next 3 months).

We usually recommend a series of 5 sessions (around 6 months) for moderate cases or 10 sessions (around 1 year) for more persistent pigmentation, depending on how long the marks have been present and their depth. Below are client results at different stages for your reference.

6. Do I need to use any products together with this treatment?
Yes, home care products play a crucial role, especially for clients with pigmentation, uneven texture, or acne marks. Repairing and renewing the skin require the right supportive skincare to enhance and maintain results. The right home care products help accelerate healing, improve cell turnover, and ensure the effects of the treatment are long-lasting and complete.

Fascia Firming & Radiance Treatment

1. What types of pigmentation can this treatment help with?
This treatment effectively targets both surface-level and deeper hormonal pigmentation. Pigmentation can be categorized as active (deeper, still forming) or static (settled on the surface). For active pigmentation, improving blood circulation helps prevent pigment buildup and allows it to fade naturally, while static pigmentation requires gentle renewal to lift discoloration from the outer layer. The Skin Tightening & Brightening Fascia Therapy combines keratin renewal, muscle restructuring, fascia pigment dispersion, and cellular nourishment to address pigmentation at multiple levels. The only exception is age-related spots, for which we recommend adding thermal spot removal for faster results.

Below are our clients’ visible results after pigmentation treatments.
2. Can sensitive skin do this treatment?
Stable sensitive skin is perfectly suitable for this treatment. Stable means the skin barrier has been restored and there are no symptoms of redness, swelling, or heat sensitivity. For new clients, our specialists will first assess the skin's condition to determine whether this treatment or the Fascia Balance & Contour Treatment is more suitable.
3. Do I need to use any home care products?
Home care products are very important, especially for clients with pigmentation, uneven texture, or acne marks. Repair and renewal are essential parts of reducing pigmentation, and using suitable skincare products at home helps maintain and enhance the effects achieved in the clinic.
4. How many sessions are needed to see results?
Our treatment follows a 4+1 system that delivers visible improvements in brightness, pore refinement, and clarity after each session. For pigmentation, it usually takes about three to six months to see full results, as the skin goes through a renewal phase (first three months) and a stabilization phase (next three months). We recommend five sessions for moderate pigmentation or ten sessions for deeper or longer-term pigmentation, depending on the severity and how long the spots have been present.

5. What is the difference between this treatment and laser therapy?
Laser therapy can be effective for surface pigmentation but less predictable for deeper or unstable pigmentation. Lasers use heat and radiofrequency to break down pigments, which can cause rebound darkening or sensitivity if not properly cared for. In contrast, our treatment works through the skin’s natural renewal and metabolic process, combined with cellular nourishment, allowing pigmentation to fade gradually and safely without side effects or rebound.

Fascia Collagen Rejuvenation Protocol (ABC)

1. How many years younger can the Fascia Collagen Rejuvenation Protocol (ABC) make me look?
If you’ve never done any facial care before, this treatment can help you look up to 10 years younger. It delivers visible improvements in sagging, hollowness, and pigmentation, restoring firmness and radiance. For clients who already maintain regular treatments, it helps you stay younger than your peers and prevents early signs of aging such as eye bags, sagging skin, tear troughs, and drooping eyelids. The earlier you start this treatment, the better your long-term results will be.
2. Can sensitive or acne-prone skin do this treatment?
Yes, stable sensitive skin is suitable for this treatment. Stable means the skin barrier is well-repaired and free from redness, swelling, or irritation. For new clients, our specialists will first assess the skin to decide whether this treatment or our Beginner Fascia Lifting Facial is more suitable.
3. Do I still need injectables after doing this treatment?
Injectables are a personal choice, but most people choose them for faster anti-aging results. However, overdoing injections can lead to an unnatural appearance. Our rejuvenation therapy provides a natural and balanced anti-aging alternative, helping you look youthful and radiant while maintaining your natural expressions and elegance.
4. Do I need to use any home care products?
Yes, using anti-aging skincare products can enhance and accelerate the results of your treatment. We recommend the LuVaii Anti-Aging Set, which includes Retinol A, Beetox, and Cerosome Exosome formulations, all designed to support collagen renewal, firming, and deep repair.
5. Are there any before-and-after results I can see?
Yes. All visible transformations you see are achieved without injectables, through consistent monthly facial treatments.

6. If I stop doing the treatment, will I look older?
Our facial therapy is non-invasive and does not introduce any foreign substances into the skin, so there is no dependency or rebound effect. It works like a natural workout for your skin, focusing on muscle activation, detoxification, and sculpting to support healthy aging. If you stop, it’s similar to taking a break from exercise, no side effects, but you may lose some firmness over time. We always encourage clients to keep loving and caring for themselves.
7. Are the costs for the treatment expensive?
The price is mid-range and offers excellent value for long-term results.
